The service

PDF Merger lets you combine PDF files in a web browser. The service is provided as-is, without a service-level agreement. Capacity, file limits, and features may change to keep the site stable.

Your responsibilities

• Only upload files you have the right to process.
• Do not upload malware or content that is illegal to possess or distribute.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass limits, or probe other users’ jobs.
• Check the merged PDF before you rely on it for a legal, medical, or financial purpose.

No warranty

Merging can fail for encrypted, damaged, or unusual PDFs. We do not warrant that every file will merge, that the result will be identical to a vendor-specific PDF processor, or that the site will be available at all times. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost data, failed filings, or other damages that arise from using the tool.
